| Nevada residents 21 years of age or older permitted to import up to 12 cases of wine per year for household or personal use. Delivery must be accepted by an adult. Individual may bring in amount of alcohol exempt from payment of duty by federal law or import up to one gallon of alcoholic beverages per month from another state.
