In New Mexico
| Any individual not a minor may transport into the state any reasonable amount of alcoholic beverages for the exclusive purpose of his private use or consumption. Individuals may bring in, or receive by direct shipment, up to two cases of wine per month for private use and consumption from states affording New Mexico the same reciprocal privilege.
