For Shipping Wine
In North Dakota
| Direct shipments of up to 2.38 gallons (9 liters) of wine or spirits or 288 fluid ounces (8517.18 milliliters) of beer per month for personal adult use and not for resale and properly labeled with conspicuous words "SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY" permissible. Shipments not made in accordance with these provisions are punishable as felony on third offense. See North Dakota S 2216 effective August 1, 1999. |
