In Rhode Island
| Individual may ship or bring into state up to 3 gallons of wine or brandy tax free. More than these amounts may be imported if ordered through and approved by the Department of Business Regulation of the Liquor Control Administration, 100 N. Main St., Providence 02903, and taxes and service charges paid. (¶¶7071, 6002, 6070, 7004)(G.L.R.I.§§3-4-1, 3-1-1). |
