A winery may ship wine from a state which has a reciprocal agreement with Wisconsin to an individual in Wisconsin for that individual's personal use. The shipper is not required to have an out-of-state shipper's permit. An individual may not receive more than 9 liters of wine annually under this provision. (¶7185(10)(bm,bs))(W.S.§§125.06, 125.58).
